Terms and Conditions of Use

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Scrubbin Bubbles Car Wash regarding the use of your website and services. Please update these guidelines according to your specific policies.

**Plans and Prices are subject to change at any time without notice**

• Unlimited plan memberships apply to Soft Touch Tunnel washes only; may not be applied to Touchless or Self-Serve washes.

• Unlimited plan memberships prices exclude sales tax.

• Unlimited plan membership automatically renews each month on the same day of the month of your initial sign-up.

• All wash club memberships are vehicle-specific. One vehicle per plan.

• You may cancel at any time by sending an email to scrubbin1@gmail.com  at least seven days prior to your billing date. Cancellation is complete after the customer receives an email from Scrubbin Bubbles Car Wash

• No refunds or partial refunds.

• By enrolling in the Unlimited Wash Club, member waives all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges.

• Antennas

• Bug shields

• Luggage racks

• Sun visors

• Running boards

• Glued-on spoilers

• Windshield wipers

• Windscreens

• Non-factory installed items

• Preexisting damage

Pickup beds must be free of objects and debris.
